Shipments and returns

Our products are sold and delivered by NONO MUAKS.

The goods become property of the customer at the moment of the bank transfer is successfully produced.

Delivery shall be conducted by a shipment service provider chosen by NONO MUAKS. The customer has to pay standard shipping costs which may depend on order value, and where it is shipped to. The prices announced on our site include the expenses of delivery.

All customs duties, VAT, sale taxes, will be at your own expense.

Delivery

After 2 production days your product will be send your way. Normaly the maximum time to recieve a product will be 4 weeks. Depening on your Customs who may cause a delay.

Returns

In the case you received a damaged product, you have to refuse the product by sending us a mail: nonomuaks@gmail.com . In that case, we shall take care to deliver you a new product.

In the case of the exercise of the right of retraction in 10 days after reception of your order, the returns are at your expense, products have to be in their original packing, and not used.

Broken, incomplete or used products may not be returned nor exchanged, or will be returned to you and the cost of the shipping will be payable by you.
